TURNING POLITICAL DIALS – YOUTH SPORTS AS SCAPEGOAT

Gov. Walz and his administration lacked the data tying Youth Sports to outbreaks. He nonetheless wanted to shut Youth Sports down. Emails from his administration show, the Governor wanted to find a connection between Youth Sports and cases, even when there was none.
These emails talk about how the data isn’t there to support the Youth Sports shutdowns or the restrictions put on Youth sports. The administration didn’t really know where the spread occurred but wanted to tie it to Youth Sports with “creative thinking”. Science doesn’t matter when you are turning political dials.
